Bolger Training Ltd was incorporated in January 2010 and represents a further step in the evolution of the Bolger family involvement in local industry. Tom Bolger originally established T.F. Bolger Transport in 1973 and grew this business significantly during the 1980s, offering warehousing, fulfillment and distribution services nationwide. Major clients included Reckitt and Coleman, now Reckitt Benckiser; Birds Foods, Shamrock Foods and Boyne Valley Foods to name a few. Distribution was to major national wholesalers and retailers, primarily in the FMCG sector.
During the 1990s, T.F. Bolger became more involved in services to the logistics sector and are continuing in that vein now providing training specifically designed to suit the needs of our clients. Bolger Training Ltd is a continuation of local involvement in the logistical services sector. The business remains a family affair and is currently managed and operated wholly by members of the Bolger family.
Present positioning of the business is specific to the changing landscape of the Health and Safety and Logistical sectors with a strong focus on satisfying demand from organizations that wish to outsource any elements of their training needs as well as developing public courses to provide for a broader customer base.
